By using our services, you represent and warrant that:

• The information provided by you during registration, KYC verification, or profile updates is accurate, complete, and up to date.
• You shall promptly notify PlanB Solutions of any material changes to the contact or identity information submitted.

Users acknowledge and agree that:

• All financial, investment, and trading decisions are made at their sole discretion and risk.
• They are responsible for evaluating the suitability, risks, and merits of any information before acting upon it.
• They understand that participation in financial markets (equities, derivatives, futures & options) involves inherent risks, including the potential loss of principal capital.

Subscription-based services are governed by the following conditions:

• Subscription fees shall be payable in advance for the selected billing cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Half-Yearly, Yearly).
• Access to subscribed services and research dashboards will commence only after successful payment verification and confirmation.
• Subscription benefits shall be strictly limited to the specific tier and segment selected by the subscriber (PB Explore, PB Equity, PB F&O, PB Elite).
• Subscription access is personal, individual, and strictly non-transferable.

Unless otherwise expressly stated in writing by PlanB Solutions:

All content available through PlanB Solutions, including but not limited to research reports, algorithmic models, technical analyses, market updates, educational materials, graphics, logos, software, trade secrets, designs, documents, videos, and website content, is the exclusive intellectual property of PlanB Solutions.

Users may not reproduce, redistribute, retransmit, publish, broadcast, resell, or commercially exploit any material without prior written authorization from the Company.

Where user credentials (mobile number OTP, email authentication, or login session) are provided:

• Users shall be solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their login credentials.
• Users shall not share login credentials with any third party, permit unauthorized multi-user access, or attempt to access accounts belonging to other users.

Users agree to use the Company's services in a lawful, ethical, and responsible manner. Users shall not:

• Engage in any fraudulent, unlawful, or manipulative activity.
• Attempt unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or API infrastructure.
• Introduce malicious software, automated scraping bots, or disruptive scripts to the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, PlanB Solutions, its directors, employees, researchers, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to:

• Independent investment decisions, financial losses, trading drawdowns, or lost profits.
• Telecom delays, Internet disruptions, SMS delivery latencies, or technical server downtimes.

While PlanB Solutions endeavors to maintain uninterrupted, 24/7 access to its research portal and systems, uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed due to scheduled maintenance, cloud infrastructure outages, or exchange network anomalies.

The Company shall not be held responsible for service interruptions arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

Information collected through registration, subscription, payment verification, or KYC onboarding processes shall be processed in accordance with the Company's Privacy Policy.

Your personal data is encrypted and safeguarded with enterprise-grade Firestore security protocols and strict access controls.

PlanB Solutions reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, discontinue, or enhance any aspect of its products, services, pricing, subscription plans, website features, or platform functionality without prior notice.

PlanB Solutions reserves the right to revise or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Company's website.

Continued use of the platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any user's access to its services, without prior notice, where it reasonably believes that the user has violated these Terms & Conditions or engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts having jurisdiction over the location of the Company's principal office in Hyderabad, Telangana.
